Are you a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys translating marketing plans into effective campaigns, automated customer journeys and measurable results? Do you know how to use HubSpot, inbound marketing and paid media effectively? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.
As Digital Marketeer you help our brand managers bring their brand and campaign plans to life digitally. You set up international digital campaigns, build automated journeys in HubSpot and use data to continuously improve performance.
You combine strong execution skills with specialist digital expertise. You advise the marketing team on targeting, channels, automation and conversion. In short, you take our digital marketing to the next level through smart automation, effective campaigns and continuous optimization.

What will you do?
In this role, you translate the strategies and campaign plans developed by our brand managers into effective digital activation. You ensure that campaigns are professionally configured, executed, measured and improved. Your role is not purely operational: drawing on your digital expertise, you advise the team and challenge plans when targeting, channel selection, automation or conversion can be improved.
We have started developing and implementing the complete HubSpot suite: Content (multibrand website), Marketing, Sales (CRM), Service and Commerce. You will help turn HubSpot into an effective and widely adopted platform for campaigns, lead generation, nurturing, reporting and collaboration with sales.
Your responsibilities
- Translate brand and campaign plans into effective digital campaigns.
- Build, manage and optimise inbound campaigns and customer journeys in HubSpot.
- Create workflows, nurture flows, audience segments, lead-scoring models and automated follow-up.
- Set up and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and relevant industry platforms.
- Improve online visibility through SEO, SEA and generative engine optimisation for AI search (GEO).
- Monitor campaign performance and translate data into practical improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering leads, conversion, CPL, pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Improve alignment between marketing campaigns and sales follow-up. (Lead generation, MQL/SQL)
- Support and train colleagues in using HubSpot and adopting new digital ways of working.
- Maintain campaign structure, data quality, consent management and consistent working processes.
- Explore and apply practical uses of AI for content adaptation, personalisation, campaign optimisation and greater efficiency.
Your role within the marketing teamm
You work closely with the brand managers, Global Marketing manager, sales teams and external agencies. Brand managers determine the brand strategy, target markets, campaign priorities and key messages. You contribute digital expertise and are responsible for the effective digital activation, automation, measurement and optimisation of these plans.
In doing so, you help Lumiforte move from more reactive marketing activities towards planned, repeatable and data-driven inbound campaigns.
What do you bring?
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on digital marketing role, preferably within an international B2B environment.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation and the MQL-to-SQL process.
- Experience building email campaigns, landing pages, workflows, nurture flows and customer journeys. Extensive experience with HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience managing and optimising paid campaigns, particularly on Meta, Google or LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEA and developments in AI search and GEO.
- You are analytical, results-oriented and proactive.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.

- Campaigns are launched efficiently and demonstrably improved based on performance data.

- Lumiforte increasingly works with planned, repeatable and measurable inbound campaigns.
