Your Mission


We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to take over the Western France region. The role is B2B-focused and involves managing and developing relationships with distributors and application contractors, as well as supporting growers and end users with technical advice and field follow-up.
You’ll also be involved in launching new product ranges for orchard protection, solar panel cleaning, and cool roofing, working closely with the team to shape the right go-to-market strategies.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our sales activities in the Westen part of France, building strong relationships with distributors and end-users, and driving the adoption of our groundbreaking solutions. With plenty of flexibility and independence, you’ll have the freedom to take charge of your tasks and shape your success. And while you’ll thrive on autonomy, you’ll also be part of a close-knit, supportive team that’s got your back every step of the way.

As our Regional Account Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Lumiforte SAS sales team. Our vibrant group includes a General Manager, a Marketeer, three Account Managers, and a Consultant. All passionate professionals who love what they do. You’ll report to our General Manager in France, who’s there to guide and support you as you work together to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist marketing in your area and participate events and exhibitions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and application partners in your region
  • Provide field support and advice to growers and professional users
  • Conduct on-site product trainings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Identify new opportunities and help introduce innovative solutions in emerging markets
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, product development)
  • Participate in international team discussions and meetings in English

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field;
  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in agriculture, coatings, or other technical sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
  • Able to build trust, manage priorities, and work independently
  • Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel across Western France
  • Fluent in French, with a good command of English (for internal communication and group projects)
  • Ideally based between Angers and Nantes for efficient coverage of the region with frequent travel need
  • A background in horticulture, agri-business, or industrial products is a plus
  • Driver’s license required
